TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

  1. Once your online registration has been completed, registration is confirmed, and all cancellation policies will apply.
  2. If you cannot attend, we will accept a substitute delegate. The name of the substitute delegate should be provided to the organisers in writing, before Friday 31 July 2020.
  3. All cancellations must be made in writing to the organisers no later than Friday 31 July 2020. No refund to non-UP delegates will be made for cancellations after this date.
